greet pulls structured facts from your Asana onboarding projects into each building's knowledge base. Runs automatically every few hours; you can also sync now. To populate the four high-handoff topics, add these custom fields to a project (names must match): Billing & payment info, Verification process, Booking & availability, Check-in coordination. Whatever you type there overwrites the seeded KB entry on the next sync.

Each project auto-maps to its Guesty building(s) by city + name — but auto-match can miss or drift. Use the dropdown to 🔒 lock a project to its building so it always lands on the same property, every sync. Locked mappings are saved instantly and win over auto-match. Remove the chip (×) to unlock and fall back to auto-match. Aim to leave nothing “unlinked”.
